Mulcher, flail mulcher front / rear attachment GEO DPG

Medium-heavy flail mulcher from Geo from Italy for front and rear attachment. Perfect for grass, bushes and woody plants in meadows, pastures, paddocks, forest edges, etc.

Attachment to the front or rear three-point in Cat 1 / 2 with a PTO speed of 540 rpm. Double freewheel in oil bath gear. By moving the V-belt pulleys from top to bottom, it is also suitable for operation with a PTO shaft speed of 1.000 rpm.

The headstocks mounted on both sides are approx. 450 mm hydr. movable so that off-center operation is also possible. A double-acting connection on the tractor is required for the hydraulics.

Drive on the flail shaft with 4 V-belts which are very easy to regulate the contact pressure using tension screws.

The flail shaft is perfectly balanced and equipped with offset hammer flails weighing 800 grams. This makes it possible to shred branch material up to approx. 6 cm thick. Thanks to the straight cutting edge of the flails, very good, clean meadow cutting is possible.

A counter blade in the solid housing ensures that the clippings are shredded very nicely. Chains and/or protective rubber on the front of the mulcher ensure that no objects such as stones etc. can escape from the mulching housing.

Cutting height adjustment using a height-adjustable trailing roller at the rear of the mulcher and height-adjustable side skids.

All ball bearings used are very easy to lubricate from the outside. Only standard bearings and standard belts are used that are freely available in stores (and can of course be ordered via our online shop)
