Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right to cancel
You have the right to withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason this contract. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date, who have taken the final goods in possession to buy or indicated by you third party other than the carrier or has.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Neuhaus GmbH u. Co KG, Industriestraße 17-19, 49497 Mettingen, Germany, verkauf@landmaschinen-neuhaus.de, telephone: +4954529366810) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the goods promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods in the amount of Euro 590,00 EUR. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is especially true if we are your lender or if your lender uses it to fund our participation. If the loan has already been received by us upon the revocation taking effect, your lender will act in relation to you in respect of the legal consequences of the revocation or return in our rights and obligations under the contract financed. The latter does not apply if the present contract deals with the acquisition of financial instruments (eg securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual binding as much as possible, you make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of revocation.
There is no right of withdrawal for individually adapted vehicles or vehicles that you have already registered. The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, not to commercial buyers.
