Description

The leveling roller including the scraper rail is significantly larger and heavier than in the FGC / FGCH models (therefore larger Din - Norm bearings are also installed) and the flail shaft has also been strengthened, as in addition to the DP 175 there is now also the DP 220 model with a working width of 2.200 mm is on offer, which made additional material stiffening necessary. This series runs very quietly and with little vibration. There are now two counter-blades installed in the cutting chamber and the ejection across the entire width to the rear has been made significantly larger, so that clogging in wet grass is best prevented.

Cast hammer flails weighing 800 g are used, which ensure a very good cutting result even with bushy cuttings. The mallet holders are very solid. The flail shaft is of course electronically balanced. Hammer knives can be easily exchanged and are freely available in stores (or via our parts shop) at any time.

All models are driven by 4 V-belts with a width of 17 mm. Even with difficult material, slipping of the belts is largely avoided, which of course protects the material. Only standard belts are used, which you can easily get on the German market

The three-point linkage is suitable for mounting Cat. I (22 mm pin diameter) or Cat II. (28,5 mm) on the rear hydraulics of the tractor. The three-point headstock is placed on the device from the middle left so that you can get as far to the right as possible over the right tire of your tractor in order to be able to drive cleanly up to cut edges such as fences and curbs.
