What is the further process after ordering in the online shop?
Directly after ordering in our online shop, you will receive an automated e-mail from the shop system containing the most important data for your order. The next working day this order is processed in our house and the order is confirmed accordingly. We endeavor to keep goods in stock as promptly as possible. But keep in mind that all machines are assembled and tested in our workshop. It leaves no machine our house which has not been thoroughly tested. This includes lubricating the bearing and checking all connections for proper fit. In contrast to various competitors, you will receive ready-to-use machines that do not have to be assembled by you.
How long does shipping take for my ordered machine?
We usually ship by forwarding, which for national shipments about 3 - 5 working days to delivery needs. Please note that the freight forwarders do not drive on Saturdays. The delivery is usually announced the day before by the local forwarding, so please give us with each order your phone number.
If your machine is not in stock, we will show it to you before you buy it in our online shop. Usually there is already noted, how many working days you have to calculate until we have them in our stock again. It is advisable but a short call with us, so that appointments can be arranged.
Can I visit the machines and maybe pick them up myself?
We always have a large selection of machine technology for you and we try to have 85% of the goods we offer constantly available. A visit is therefore no problem and the opening hours on weekdays anytime gladly possible. If you want to take your machine with you right away, it is recommended that you contact us by telephone 2 - 3 days before we can give it to us in the workshop for assembly and functional testing. Of course, this does not oblige you to buy. If something does not suit us, we can always offer an alternative.
Where can I get spare parts for a machine purchased from Neuhaus?
Spare parts are available directly from us. We have many parts directly in stock and make the ordering process as easy as possible by offering a large selection of the most common spare parts in our online shop. Should the desired part not be there, just give us a call and we will take care of your request. It is also very helpful that many products in our shop already have a detailed list of spare parts and drawings of explosives, which you can easily download.
How do I know if the machine really fits my tractor and meets my requirements?
The choice of machine technology is great and it is often uncertain whether the machine fits the existing tractor. If you have any questions or questions, just give us a call. The drive shaft purchased with the machine is too long. How do I get the appropriate shortened?
For all our PTO driven devices, the corresponding PTO shafts are also available in our shop. Since there are different categories (0 - 3) and the length of the lower links varies greatly depending on the tractor only for the pin diameter of the three - point hitch block, we can only supply drive shafts which are in material thickness and condition for the operation of the device with the PTO of your existing Tractor is designed.
