Medium-heavy embankment mulcher from GEO from Italy for tractors from approx. 40 to 80 HP with a laterally extendable support arm and swiveling mulching head. Swivel range of the cutting unit 90 degrees up and up to 60 degrees down. This means that ditches, embankments and hedges can be worked perfectly.

Two double-acting control circuits are required on the tractor for pivoting and lateral extension. A safety valve on the hydraulic cylinder ensures that the mulcher can avoid an obstacle that is too strong to a certain extent.

In addition to working on embankments, ditches, hedges, etc., the GEO AGD is of course also perfect for grass, bushes and woody plants in meadows, pastures, paddocks and forest edges.

The attachment is carried out on the rear three-point Cat.1/2 of the tractor with a PTO shaft speed of 540 rpm.

The mulcher's oil bath gearbox has an integrated freewheel and is mounted on the mulcher's housing. This means that even high hedges up to approx. 40 cm above the ground can be cut cleanly at a 90 degree angle.

The perfectly balanced flail shaft is equipped with staggered 800 g hammer flails. This means that branches, bushes etc. with a diameter of approx. 6 cm can be shredded cleanly. The straight cutting edges of the flails also ensure a clean cut of the meadow. The flail shaft is driven by 4 V-belts which can be easily regulated using tensioning screws.

An integrated counter-blade in the mulching housing shreds the mulching material and ejects it over the rear. Cutting height regulation using a height-adjustable trailing roller and height-adjustable side skids. A rubber cover on the front of the mulcher ensures that no stones etc. are thrown out.

The mulching housing itself is made of 5 mm thick material, support arms at least. 8mm. All bearings are very easy to lubricate and easily accessible. Swivel arms and bolts are provided with grease nipples.
