Embankment mulcher model Geo - AM 100

Mulching device from GEO with its own oil tank, mulching head with a working width of 1000 mm (a hedge trimmer is optionally available instead of the mulcher).

• Attachment to the rear three-point of your tractor with Cat I or II mount. Drive via rear PTO with 540 rpm on a hydraulic pump with its own oil tank (approx. 55 ltr) which operates the mulcher including the boom. Using a control valve and several levers for the individual movements, the mulching head can be used in a wide variety of working positions and is therefore the ideal device for embankments, ditches, on fences, meadow maintenance, etc. You can attach the control panel to a suitable location on the tractor.
• For the maximum extension of this embankment mulcher to the side, the position at the top of the linkage is approx. 1500 mm from the middle of the tractor PTO shaft to the outer edge of the mulching head.
• In the bottom position it is approx. 2.700 mm. Max. height of the outrigger rods approx. 3.300 mm.
• The flail shaft is equipped with oscillating Y-blades, which are offset for a clean cut. To adjust the cutting height, the mulcher runs on a leveling roller and side skids, the height of which can be adjusted several times. On the front of the mulcher there is a pendulum flap that prevents stones or the like from being thrown forward.
• All lubricating points on the mulcher and the extension linkage are easily accessible and easy to grease using lubricating nipples and a grease gun.
