Our premium model comes with an integrated tracking device as standard. As soon as the planner is lifted, an elongated hole locks the planner in the middle position. As soon as the planner is set down to work, it can pivot freely in the curves and the sand is not “pushed” outwards as much.

The planner is attached via the rear three-point hitch of your tractor in Cat. I or II. An adapter for attachment to an ATV/Quad or many other towing vehicles with a trailer coupling is available for an additional charge. Please note our shop offers! The base frame made of profile steel is high-quality hot-dip galvanized (the best form of corrosion protection). The support on the frame can be adjusted in several heights.

Two rows of double spring tines ensure that the soil is well loosened and mixed. It is recommended here a very fast pace to the sand and admixtures well durchzumengen. The strength of the spring tines is chosen so that they vibrate at the appropriate travel speed and thus work like a small mixer and mix the soil very well and mix.

The third row is a wide leveling bar that is mounted on sturdy spring tines and ensures that the floor is neatly smoothed and unevenness such as hoof prints, waves, etc. are perfectly leveled out.

The mesh roller with internal screw ensures optimal reconsolidation of the soil. In addition, the honeycomb shape of the net roller slightly roughens the top layer of sand. The honeycomb shape of the Neuhaus Deluxe is deliberately chosen to be a little coarser than that of standard models in order to roughen the floor even more and thus prevent the roller from clogging. The height of the roller can be easily adjusted by hand using a crank, so that you can perfectly specify the depth of the spring tines. Depending on the nature of the ground, the system can be optimally adapted to the conditions. The mesh roller is very robust and has a good material thickness. The internal auger ensures even distribution of the soil without forming waves.

A multi-adjustable, very robust hoof clearer is attached to the frame of the riding arena planner. This can be easily adjusted in height and angle of attack. A spacer wheel attached to the side ensures that you can drive directly along the barrier cleanly and safely.
