Description

The leveling roller, including the scraper rail, is significantly larger and heavier than on the FGC / FGCH models (thus larger DIN standard bearings are also installed) and the flail shaft has also been strengthened, since now, in addition to the DP 175, the DP 205 model with a working width of 2.050 mm is on offer, which made additional material reinforcement necessary. This series runs very quietly and with little vibration. Two counter blades are now installed in the cutting chamber and the ejection over the entire width to the rear has been made much larger, so that clogging with damp grass is prevented as best as possible.

Cast hammer flails with 800 g are used, which ensure a very good cut even with bushy clippings. The holders of the flails are very solid. Flail shaft is of course electronically balanced. Hammer knives can be easily exchanged and are freely available in stores (or via our parts shop) at any time.

All models are driven by 4 V-belts with a width of 17 mm. Even with difficult material, slipping of the belts is largely avoided, which of course protects the material. Only standard belts are used, which you can easily get on the German market

The three-point linkage is suitable for mounting Cat. I (22 mm pin diameter) or Cat II. (28,5 mm) on the rear hydraulics of the tractor. The three-point headstock is placed on the device from the middle left so that you can get as far to the right as possible over the right tire of your tractor in order to be able to drive cleanly up to cut edges such as fences and curbs.
