Quad mulcher with flap for higher speed and convenient operation

The flail mower is equipped with a rear flap that ejects the grass, preventing it from accumulating under the deck. This saves fuel and minimizes belt wear, allowing you to increase your ground speed compared to mowers without a flap. It also distributes the grass better and more evenly.

The mulcher features skids on the sides for stable and smooth travel. The angle of attack is adjusted via a tensioning screw under the drawbar. The raised edge at the front minimizes the risk of stone chips. 15 hp engine with oil level monitoring.

Dual-mount design – choose whether the drawbar should be on the right or left side of the mulcher. Crank with two handles and a mechanical stop to prevent the crank from spinning.

The mulcher is suitable for terrain with dense vegetation and possible obstacles such as bushes and roots. Many of our customers use this mulcher for mulching pastures, parks, and roadside embankments.

Mount wheels on the sides for stability and maneuverability, or at the rear for optimal progress. Large pneumatic tires (16-6,50 x 8). The wheels are individually height-adjustable via a crank; the crank is spring-loaded, preventing the crank setting from changing due to vibration.

The quad mulcher comes with an off switch that quickly shuts off the mulcher's engine. This important safety feature allows the engine to be shut down immediately from a safe position in the event of an unforeseen event.

The drawbar has pre-drilled holes at specific positions suitable for mounting a support leg. The support leg is not included but can be purchased separately as an accessory.

For best results and longer belt life, we recommend mowing at a speed of 10 km/h for normal-height grass. For taller grass, set the mulcher to maximum cutting height and mow twice.

Oil is included. Check the oil level before first use.

The machine is delivered partially assembled to ensure safe transport. Final assembly is very easy for the customer in just a few steps. Operating and assembly instructions are included.
