Powerful ATV mulcher with electric starter

The VKMATV150H2 mulcher is ideal for those who work on larger areas. It features a 15 hp engine that works effectively on both normal terrain and more challenging vegetation. With a cutting width of 150 cm, you can also mow larger areas efficiently.

The flail mower is equipped with hammer flails as standard. Grass is shredded reliably with a total of 32 flails. The flail mower is also suitable for Y-blades, which are available as accessories (not included).

The engine is equipped with an electric starter and pull cord. This eliminates the need for rope starts, which place unnecessary strain on your arms when trying to start the machine. The electric starter ensures efficient starting and stopping, making work easier.

Opening flap – for more efficient mowing at higher speeds

The mulcher is equipped with a tailgate through which the grass is ejected, preventing it from accumulating under the deck. This saves fuel and minimizes belt wear, allowing you to increase your ground speed compared to ATV mulchers without a tailgate. Furthermore, the grass is distributed better and more evenly. The tailgate is easily opened using the two bolted laser-cut handles.

The cutting height can be adjusted from 0 to 150 mm, allowing you to mow the grass close to the ground for a more even cut. The grass is distributed evenly, allowing the residue to decompose faster.

The 15 hp mulcher is suitable for terrain with dense vegetation and rocks, bushes, and roots. It is primarily intended for mulching pastures, parks, and roadsides.

Drag skids and double pickup for effective operation

The mulcher features skids on the sides for stable and smooth travel. The angle of attack is adjusted via a tensioning screw under the drawbar. The raised edge at the front minimizes the risk of stone chips. 15 hp engine with oil level monitoring.

Dual mount – decide whether the drawbar should be on the right or left side of the mulcher. Mount the wheel mount for side mounting and behind the machine for stability and adaptability on the sides, as well as accessibility behind the machine. The wheels are individually height-adjustable using the mechanical spring lock pin on the crank. This prevents the crank from moving backward due to vibration. Large pneumatic tires (16-6,50 x 8).

Thanks to the grease nipples on the support and rotor shaft bearings, a closed cover over the belts, and the protected construction, you get a machine with a long service life. Despite the safety-oriented design, it is easy to access the relevant areas for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

At the front, the mulcher has a chain guard that follows the ground and thus protects the tractor and surrounding area from falling stones and thrown grass.

The mulcher has a wide rear support roller and a drawbar with three fixed lateral settings.

The quad mulcher comes with an off switch that quickly shuts off the mulcher's engine. This important safety feature allows the engine to be shut down immediately from a safe position in the event of an unforeseen event.

The quad mulcher comes with a support leg that makes it easier to connect to the quad's trailer hitch—you don't have to lift the entire weight when connecting. The support leg allows you to park the mulcher in the correct position, simplifying and speeding up the next connection.

application Tips

For optimal results and longer belt life, we recommend mowing at a speed of 5-6 km/h for normal-height grass. For taller grass, set the mower to maximum cutting height and mow twice.

Oil is included. Check the oil level before first use.
