The devices are manufactured exclusively according to our specifications with the technical know-how from over 30 years of experience within the EU and have been very successful on the market for over 10 years. In the third major update since the market launch, the design, the material thickness of the flail suspension and the drive train have now been adjusted. In addition, other devices such as the "Evotech Ecoline" rotary mowers or a paddock cleaner (from May 2023) are now also available from the Evotech brand.

The Evotech flail mower is perfect for mulching grass and undergrowth with branches up to approx. 5 cm in diameter, meadows, pastures, paddocks, leisure areas, etc.

Designed for three-point rear attachment Cat. II (lower and upper link pins are of course included) with a PTO shaft speed of 540 rpm on the tractor. Heavy oil bath - bevel gear with integrated freewheel. The finely balanced flail shaft is equipped with overlapping 800 g hammer flails. The mulched material is shredded on a robust toothed counter bar and ejected to the rear via the leveling roller that can be lubricated. Plates towards the tractor prevent chopped off mulch or stones from being thrown forward. A rubber cloth at the back ensures that the mulched material remains in the cutting area longer and is mulched nice and small.

The 4-fold V-belt drive with mech. V-belt tension ensures optimal power transmission. Note that the V-belt tension can be adjusted without removing the V-belt cover. With many competing products you have to laboriously lift the gearbox and the bearing, with the Evotech a counter-pressure roller is installed directly on the belt with a mechanical adjustment slide, which applies the force safely and evenly to the belt. This protects the belts and saves you a lot of time.

The cutting height is adjusted with the leveling roller in conjunction with the lateral skids, whereby the roller has a very good material thickness and is therefore very robust.

In the eco H model series, the mulcher is equipped with a hydr. Movable three-point linkage (double-acting control circuit required on the tractor) to push the device out as far as possible over the track. Stroke of the cylinder approx. 400 mm. This makes neat edge cutting on fences etc. easier. We would be happy to advise you over the phone with regard to tractor power, track width and possible overhang of the mulcher.

A top device that does not need to shy away from comparison with other well-known German brands in terms of workmanship and quality, but remains an affordable product where the price-performance ratio is the top priority.
