Slope mulcher GEO AGF 200

• Working width 2.000 mm, heavy cast - hammer mallet with approx. 1.200 gr.
• Especially suitable for mowing embankments or ditches. Mulch head can be operated 90 degrees in the vertical and or with a tilt angle to 60 degrees. When the mulcher is extended to the maximum to the side, the distance between the center of the tractor and the outer edge of the mulcher is approx. 260 cm.
• The slope mulcher has a safety valve on the hydraulic cylinder, so that the mulcher evades when hitting an object. It is attached to the tractor's rear three-point Kat.2 with a PTO speed of 540 rpm. Two double-acting hydraulic connections are required on your tractor.
• The mulcher's gearbox runs in an oil bath and has an integrated freewheel. The gearbox is mounted at the side of the mulching head, so that the mulcher can be extended particularly far to the right.
• Equipped are the mulchers with heavy 1.200gramm hammer mallets, which are distributed offset on the flail shaft.
• The straight cutting edge of the flails ensure a clean cut of the meadow. Furthermore, branches up to 3 cm in diameter can be easily mulched. An integrated counter-blade in the mulching housing shreds the mulched material and ejects it over the rear.
• A height-adjustable leveling roller at the rear of the mulcher and height-adjustable skids control the cutting height.
• Flail shaft and follower roller run in lubricated bearings, which are easily accessible from the outside. All swivel arms and swivel bolts are provided with grease nipples so that they can be lubricated very easily.
• Chains on the front of the mulcher ensure that no objects, such as stones or mulchings, can escape from the mulching housing. Power transmission from the gearbox to the flail shaft is provided by an 4-fold V-belt drive.

The devices are delivered completely assembled, gearbox filled with oil, bearings are greased!
