With a high rotating shaft, equipped with special 7 mm thick springs, the processed material is lifted, broken and aerated and thus has a low moisture content. At the same time, the material to be processed is positioned on any swath width by means of adjustable outlet flaps.

In addition, the BOCIAN proves its worth in the preparation of feed for silage bales, for forage harvesters and self-collecting loading wagons. Its versatility is particularly attractive to farms specializing in straw harvesting crops.
The working efficiency of BOCIAN is 4-6 ha / h. depending on the amount of feed and the working width of the machine.

FAST DRYING
By lifting, aerating and breaking the swath, the BOCIAN even cuts the entire drying time of the feed by half. The acceleration of the drying time, in turn, reduces the loss of nutrients, allowing the production of nutritious food. A "damaged" by rainfall swath can be very easily "repaired" with the swather BOCIAN.
LESS WORK EXPENSION
Reduce the amount of work involved in processing the swath: Combining and rejoining the swath can be combined, saving you time and money. The BOCIAN does this job as needed in a single or a double trip - turning and swathing of the feed take place simultaneously.
LESS FEED POLLUTION
Combining the feed between the outlet flaps reduces feed contamination. The conveyed material is deposited directly in a uniform swath without being scattered again. The contamination of the feed by soil elements and rock can be almost completely eliminated.
EVEN SCHWAD
After drying, aerating and breaking, the feed remains in uniform swaths whose width can be regulated by the adjustable outlet flaps. The width of the swath can thus be easily adapted to the width of a press, a forage harvester or a loading wagon.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
With the BOCIAN, a feed material of very low moisture content is obtained, so that environmentally harmful acidity in the ensiling and storage process can be avoided.
